Shopping

Whether your mom loves to shop or you’re looking for the perfect trinket to gift her, there are plenty of shopping opportunities at a local boutique or shopping center. Check out some of our favorite spots to shop below.

  • San Francisco Premium Outlets
This sprawling outdoor mall features over 180 premium shops including top luxury brands like Gucci, Tori Burch, Prada, Coach, and Burberry.
  • Shop Local Boutiques
The Tri-Valley is home to adorable downtowns lined with specialty shops and restaurants. Looking for non-toxic bath and beauty products to give as gifts? Check out Pleasanton’s Good Common Sense Naturals. For more small shops carrying one-of-a-kind wares, see our Boutique Shopping blog.
  • Stoneridge Shopping Center
Located near Interstate 680 and accessible by Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART), Stoneridge Shopping Center features name brands like Zara, Lululemon, and MAC Cosmetics as well as popular dining options like The Cheesecake Factory, California Pizza Kitchen, and P.F. Chang’s China Bistro.

Mother's Day Brunch

Is your mom a foodie? Treat her to a special Mother’s Day brunch at a local restaurant. The following restaurants are some of our top brunch spots in the Tri-Valley.

  • Sabio on Main
This Michelin-designated restaurant offers an exquisite Mother’s Day 3-Course Brunch at $55 per person, with a special Children’s Brunch for just $15 for kids 10 and under. Spaces are going fast, so be sure and get your table reserved right away.
  • Nonni’s Bistro
A locally famous Downtown Pleasanton eatery located on Main Street serving up European-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner from scratch. Being such a popular spot, you’ll want to make sure to arrive early to get your name down for a table.
  • Sideboard Neighborhood Kitchen
Decked out in mismatched utensils and a cozy, quirky atmosphere, a visit to Sideboard feels like you’re visiting family. While they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, their extensive coffee and tea selection along with their wide range of pastries and breakfast plates make for a great brunch spot.
  • Monica’s
This Downtown Livermore restaurant is a great spot for a delicious meal, watching a live band or people-watching. Think outside of the brunch box and order their Lemon Ricotta Pancakes served with seasonal berries, powdered sugar and fresh lemon curd or their sweet Churro Waffle.
