The Press Cafe

This local favorite is known for their picture-perfect plates and their popular menu of “toastinis”. Try their avocado and egg toastini (pictured above), or the sweet yet savory Elvis Presley toastini made with bacon, banana and honey, and you won’t be disappointed. Visit The Press at either of their Pleasanton or Livermore locations for a delicious and picturesque start to your day.

Nonni's Bistro

Located in the heart of Downtown Pleasanton, Nonni’s Bistro serves up European-style breakfast, lunch and dinner from scratch. This is a popular brunch spot (their bottomless mimosas may have something to do with it), so make sure to head in early to get your name down for a table, served from 8am-3pm.

Sideboard

This cozy and quirky restaurant feels like you’re visiting family, complete with Grandma’s homemade soul food and fresh-baked pastries. Order from their extensive coffee and tea menu (they just so happen to be a stop on the Tri-Valley Caffeine Trail), take your pick from their various pastries, or order up a hot plate of farmhouse eggs.

Sabio on Main

Sabio on Main is known for their elegant take on seasonal California cuisine and their weekend brunch menu certainly follows suit. Try their Eggs Benedict (pictured above) or their King Smoked Salmon & Avocado Salad for a brunch you can trust was made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.

Denica's Real Food Kitchen

With Dublin and Livermore locations, Denica’s Real Food Kitchen is easily accessible no matter where you are in the Tri-Valley. Featuring a full breakfast menu and an assortment of baked goods, they also serve up a variety of flavored pancakes, including their classic Ube pancakes (pictured above) and their pink guava pancakes.

Monica's

This downtown restaurant with home-cooked vibes has an impressive selection of pancakes, omelettes, and different types of Eggs Benedict. Think outside of the brunch box and order their Lemon Ricotta Pancakes served with seasonal berries, powdered sugar and fresh lemon curd or their sweet Churro Waffle.

Danville Harvest

This central downtown Danville farm-to-table favorite is yet another Tri-Valley restaurant that is dedicated to using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients in their seasonally rotating menus. Grab a seat in the restaurant’s bright and welcoming farmhouse interior or opt for a seat on their shaded patio, perfect for those sunny Saturday mornings.

Baci Bistro & Bar

Baci Bistro & Bar, nestled in the heart of downtown Pleasanton, specializes in steak, seafood and Italian cuisine, but their weekend brunch menu is something really special. Give their Fried Egg Avocado Toast a try, or if you’re a fan of Huevos Rancheros, order their Steak Tostadas served with pico de gallo, fried eggs, lime avocado crème and cilantro. This is also a great spot for those looking for a boozy brunch, featuring $12 bottomless mimosas!

Bridges Restaurant

Despite having made a Hollywood appearance in the 1993 comedy Mrs. Doubtifre, Bridges Restaurant remains a humble culinary staple in the charming town of Danville. If you’re looking to spice up your morning with a few drinks, pay a visit to Bridges. Guests enjoy $4 mimosas (pick from flavors like jalapeño, melon or berry) and unique morning coffee drinks and cocktails like the Butterscotch Coffee and Chocolate Coffee Martini.
