This unique style dessert is a cross between your traditional ice cream and the shaved ice desserts popular in Hawaii and Asia. They feature soft ribbons of flavored ice topped with fruit, nuts and other assorted flavors. Their desserts take influence from different parts of Asia with a fusion of an Americanized touch for the local comfort.
