Restaurants in the Tri-Valley are open at full capacity for indoor and outdoor dining. Social distancing is required as are masks indoors.
Visit Range Life to taste locally-sourced fare
Working closely with local ranchers and farmers, Range Life in Livermore serves elevated California cuisine serving only fresh, seasonal ingredients. This local hot spot was named one of the Bay Area's top steak restaurants and top outdoor dining experiences by the SF Chronicle in 2021.
Head to Sabio on Main's happy hour
Happy hour is officially back at Sabio on Main, which means $1 Oysters and $2 off all drinks and Sabio Sangria Monday-Friday from 4pm-5pm. Stop in early before a 3 or 5 course dinner to take advantage of these great deals.
Visit the Press Cafe's newly renovated space

Life is a Cabernet will be an interactive evening of Bingo & The Bard, Award-Winning Wine, Scenes and Songs outdoors on the grounds of Darcie Kent Vineyards. The Audience Seating area will allow for social distancing in compliance with Alameda County regulations.
Take a hike through the vineyards
What better way to end a workout than with a bit of wine? If you're looking to get active but love a good glass of vino, book a Hiking Through the Vineyards tour at Murietta's Well. Enjoy amazing views of the Livermore Valley while learning about their small lot approach to winegrowing. Available at 10am every third Saturday and Sunday of the month.

Play a round of cornhole or bocce at homegrown hops
Homegrown Hops Brewing is located in the heart of Livermore Valley Wine Country, and features a growing hopfield, bocce ball courts, picnic tables, cornhole, and a sprawling lawn to hang out on.

Summers are always a happening place in the Tri-Valley, featuring live concerts, performances, and festivals throughout the warmer months. Check out a few small-scale events happening this summer:
Attend Emerald Glen Park's Free concert series
Beginning June 17th until August 5th, Emerald Glen Park's Amphitheater will transform into a lively concert venue every Thursday night. Certain measures will be in place to ensure compliance with State and Local Health Guidance and patron safety. Check out their concert line up.
Take a stroll down pleasanton's main street
Each weekend starting April 30th until September 6th, road closures in Downtown Pleasanton will make way for pedestrians and expanded outdoor dining. Weekends on Main start Fridays at 3pm until Sundays at 9pm, providing an especially charming stroll down Pleasanton's Main Street.

Outdoor Activities
The Tri-Valley boasts several regional outdoor recreation spaces, hundreds of miles of hiking trails, and is home to Mount Diablo State Park’s south entrance. Don’t miss out on these unique outdoor experiences in our region.
Head up to Mount Diablo State Park's Summit
Mount Diablo State Park has several scenic vista points, but the view from the summit observation deck features panoramic views of the entire Bay Area. On clear days, visitors can even spot the Golden Gate Bridge! The Mount Diablo Visitor Center has also re-opened and house several informative exhibits about the mountain range's formation, geological characteristics, and wildlife.
Look out for bald eagles at del valle regional park
Did you know that bald eagles sometimes nest at Del Valle Regional Park? East Bay Regional Park District biologists have spotted active bald eagles nests at the park this year and are hoping to welcome eaglets to the community this spring! As exciting as wildlife spottings are, please be sure to keep your distance for your safety and theirs. Parking is $6 per vehicle.

Lake Del Valle is a great place for water activities, including swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and boating. Rent a paddle boat, kayak, or pontoon from the marina on the east side of the lake. Rentals are first come first serve, so arrive early to reserve a vessel. Parking is $6 per vehicle.

Visit Blackhawk Museum's Newest exhibit
The Blackhawk Museum is a Smithsonian-affiliate with five unique galleries to explore: The Classic Car Collection, The Spirit of the Old West, Into China, Art of Africa, and its newest exhibit, World of Nature, featuring one of the largest, most diverse collections of exotic animals from around the world.
Watch a Show at the Bankhead Theater
The Bankhead theater is located in the heart of Downtown Livermore and features rotating art exhibits and live performances in a 500-seat theater. With more than 60 events across a wide variety of musical genres, plus dance, theater, comedy, films, family shows and more, there’s something for everyone!

Visit del valle regional park's new visitor center
The Del Valle Visitor Center is open weekends 10am – 2pm. The visitor center contains exhibits and information about the natural history of Del Valle and surrounding wilderness. Park visitors are encouraged to visit and talk with naturalists and student aides about the park and the lake and to take part in the exciting programs happening all summer long. Parking is $6 per vehicle.

The Shrumen Lumen has been displayed at Burning Man, the Oakland Museum, the Cincinnati Museum, and now it's right here in the Tri-Valley! Located in front of the Danville Community Center and the Village Theatre Art Gallery, visit these brightly colored art pieces every night between 7pm-11pm until September 6th.
