Proximity to San Francisco
Dublin is just 35 miles east of San Francisco, which means a trip to the city for work or play is an easy trek. Community Events
Dublin’s Irish roots are on constant display in the form of shamrock street signs and park adornments , but once a year the city celebrates their Celtic heritage with an enormous St. Patrick’s Day Parade. This two-day festival is known to draw in thousands of attendees and host hundreds of local vendors.
Other community events include Splatter, an annual arts festival celebrating the delicious food, wine and beer of the Tri-Valley while featuring local and professional music and dance performances as well as Picnic Flix, their free summer movie series at Emerald Glen Park.
Plenty of Great Food
Over the years Dublin has attracted a variety of culinary options for its residents and visitors to choose from. Local Waterpark
The Dublin Wave is a brand new addition to the Tri-Valley, opening its doors in 2017. This aquatic recreational center is full of fun water activities like a water slide tower, swimming and sport pools, and a kid-friendly water playground. During especially hot summer days, find asylum from the heat in the Dublin Wave’s indoor pool or at one their shady pool-side picnic tables.
Community Parks
Dublin is home to some amazing community parks, such as the brand new 60-acre Fallon Sports Park that features two synthetic turf lighted soccer fields, a 90-foot lighted baseball diamond, four lighted bocce courts, an adventure playground, and a large group picnic area.
Emerald Glen Park, located just around the corner from Hacienda Crossings and Persimmon Place Shopping Centers is over 40 acres and is home to various sports fields, a skate park, the Dublin Wave waterpark, a gorgeous rose garden, lighted tennis and basketball courts, and sprawling group picnic areas. Emerald Glen Park is also where the town hosts its seasonal Farmers’ Markets, its annual Eggstravaganza Egg Hunt, and other fun community events.
Great Year-Round Weather
The Tri-Valley is known for its sunshine, and Dublin, CA is no exception. This growing town boasts 260 sunny days out of the year which makes it a great place to spend a day at their parks, hop on the local Beer Trail, or visit the nearby Livermore Valley Wine Country.
