Officially opening this month, Sabio On Main is a tapas-centric restaurant boasting locally sourced ingredients inspired by the cuisine of Spain. Using a nose-to-tail method (nothing goes to waste), Executive Chef Francis X Hogan will be infusing exciting flavors into every small plate. One expected standout dish is Ssam Glazed Pork Belly. Combining traditional Asian flavors with Iberian cooking techniques, classic Korean Ssam sauce, pickled mushrooms, house made kimchee, and instead of a traditional oyster, a garnish of house cured salmon caviar, makes this offering something special. Tri-Valley Bistro

After opening its door this past July, Tri-Valley bistro has received nothing but rave reviews from locals. Their menu features traditional and modern American cuisine offering up juicy burgers to fresh fish tacos for lunch and ribeye steak to creamy risotto for dinner.
